This achievement underscores our unwavering dedication to understanding and exceeding the expectations of our valued homebuyers across all of our operating regions.

This qualification is particularly noteworthy as it reflects the strong performance and commitment to customer satisfaction within four of our divisions, which also qualified: Charlotte 99%, Atlanta 93%, Nashville 90%, and Alabama 90%. Each of these divisions has demonstrated the consistent dedication to providing a positive homebuilding experience that meets GuildQuality's criteria of 90% or better.

GuildQuality is an industry-standard third-party customer satisfaction surveying company providing builders with valuable insights nationwide. Their unbiased process gathers direct feedback from homeowners, offering a comprehensive understanding of their experience throughout the building journey. Qualifying for this survey signifies that Smith Douglas Homes, with significant contributions from our Atlanta, Charlotte, Nashville, and Alabama teams, has met GuildQuality's criteria for participation, demonstrating a commitment to actively soliciting and utilizing customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

The primary requirement for receiving a Guildmaster Award is exemplary customer service, as demonstrated by an extremely high customer recommendation rate. The average customer recommendation rate in the residential construction industry is approximately 70%. To receive a Guildmaster Award, a member must achieve a 'Likely to Recommend' rate of 90% or greater.
