Both metro Atlanta real estate agents and home buyers have the opportunity to attend upcoming special events at Ballentine Pointe, view our newest community in Paulding County! Agents can attend the community’s grand opening on Tuesday, July 22, while first-time buyers can attend an informative workshop on Saturday, Aug. 9.

The second event we’re hosting at Ballentine Pointe is the First-Time Home Buyers Workshop, which is designed to teach buyers everything they need to know before purchasing their first home. In addition, buyers who attend this event and then purchase a home at Ballentine Pointe will be eligible to receive $5,000 towards closing costs.** Hosted by representatives from Fidelity Bank and Smith Douglas Homes, the event will cover multiple topics, including:

After the workshop, buyers will have the opportunity to take part in a question and answer session with a panel of experts from 11 a.m. until noon. Then, everyone can enjoy a catered lunch from The Varsity at a block-style party! The event will begin at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 9, 2014.
