This position is responsible for supplying the division with the best sites at the best price at the right time.
Essential Functions: Core duties or tasks fundamental and not marginal to the performance of the job.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Land Management, Business Management or related field.
Licenses, Certifications, etc: None required
Experience: Approximately 5 – 7 years previous land acquisition experience. Incumbent should have working knowledge of residential construction or similar industry. Incumbent should have experience in supervising, coaching and developing staff.
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, Smart Builder Solutions
