Smith Douglas Homes proudly hosted the grand opening of Maddox Station on January 25, 2025, in Eatonton, Georgia, and we couldn’t have asked for a better day! With beautiful weather and an enthusiastic group of attendees, the event was a resounding success as we celebrated Central Georgia's first official community in Georgia’s Lake Country.

One of the highlights of the event was the presence of our entire management team, including Central Georgia Division President, Eddy Kleid, who joined in the celebration. Their support underscored the significance of this milestone as we continue to expand and bring quality new homes to the region.
