Kayla Gorrow and David Gaskey closed this morning on a beautiful ranch home, the Campbell floorplan,in the sought-after community of Woody Farms in Adairsville, GA. Kayla and David are beyond excited about their very first home purchase and we wish them many special memories and happy years ahead.

Builder Magazine has published their rankings of top builders in the U.S. and we’re thrilled to have climbed to the 40th position, moving up from 54th position last year, based on our results from 2018 with 1,307 homes closed for the year across five markets, Atlanta, GA, Birmingham, AL, Charlotte, NC Nashville, TN and Raleigh, NC.
With the publishing of the 2017 Builder 100 List, we’ve risen to the 70th spot on the list from our 78th position standing last year. We’re proud to have closed 665 homes last year in the Atlanta Market and expect to continue that growth with our newest operations establishing in the Raleigh and Birmingham markets and this year expanding in the Nashville and Charlotte markets.
