We are currently utilizing a monthly lottery and questionnaire to determine eligibility for purchase opportunities at Chastain Overlook. In preparation for our monthly release, we will distribute the questionnaire to determine your interest and eligibility. This questionnaire will be emailed to all customers early in the month, and a specific deadline for completion will be stated.
You must complete this questionnaire to become eligible for a purchase opportunity. This will enable us to determine who is ready to move forward.
If you meet all the qualification criteria, your response will be entered into our lottery for our monthly purchase appointment opportunity. Those names drawn will be contacted by our New Home Specialist to schedule your one-on-one New Home Appointment. At the appointment, please be prepared to provide a valid pre-qualification from a preferred financial lending partner or proof of funds. If you choose to purchase, you may use the lender of your choice.
Details to Note:
- Due to the high level of demand in some communities, we will not be accepting contingencies on contracts.
- Be prepared at contract signing to provide an initial 3% Good Faith Deposit and a 50% options deposit.
- Please speak to your New Home Specialist to ensure the construction timelines in your community fit your schedule and needs.
- Due to rising material & labor costs, we anticipate base prices to increase as our communities continue to release homesites; please be aware that your initial quote may differ from actual contract price.
- In this current unprecedented market we are not focusing on investor sales; instead we are concentrating on the needs of primary residence purchasers.
