River Park

At River Park, we’re in our final phase, with limited opportunities available. Residents enjoy life in a small suburban town, just west of the Catawba River, north of interstate 85, and close to the city of Charlotte. Our community features both two-story and ranch-style homes, with amenities that include an Olympic sized pool at our clubhouse, a paved walking trail, and sidewalks throughout the neighborhood. With each homesite released, we’re working through an interest list of those who are waiting for an opportunity to start their new-home build!
