We survey every customer through GuildQuality, to obtain feedback on our construction quality and their overall homebuying experience and 9 out of 10 would recommend us. We're accredited members of the Better Business Bureau and adhere to their process of dispute resolution. Building something as complex as a home outdoors in the elements provides opportunity for issues to arise, but how your builder resolves them is what matters most.
