Lot Reservation Process
1. To enter the drawing, a refundable $3,500 deposit is required
- Deposits can be made by check or ACH Payment (see below).
- If you decide to not proceed with your new home purchase, your deposit will be fully refunded. If you proceed, this deposit will be applied towards your total contract deposit.
2. The lot reservation drawing will begin promptly at 1 p.m.
- Please arrive early to register with our team and Preferred Lending Partners
3. When your name is drawn, you will be given the opportunity to select and reserve your preferred homesite. We will begin converting reservations into contracts in the order in which names were pulled. You will have three business days to move forward with the home once our agent notifies you that we've reached your place in line.
4. It is strongly encouraged that you receive a pre-qualification from a Preferred Lending Partner prior to submitting a lot deposit.
- Representatives will be on-site to provide pre-qualifications and answer questions
5. Pre-Grand Opening pricing and incentives are subject to change based on the number of contracts written and at the seller's discretion.
