The Pines Purchase Opportunities

Expectations for joining the interest list and remaining on the list:

  • Joining the interest list for your preferred community requires system registration, pre-qualification from one of our preferred lenders (listed below) and letting a New Home Specialist know you in fact wish to be added.
  • We manage our lists in chronological order! First added, first served!
  • If you are contacted throughout the process more than 3 times and you have not responded, you are moved to the bottom of the list, unless you request to be removed.

Understanding the contract writting appointment qualifications and procedures:

  • You are currently in the market for a new home and able to commit to a purchase agreement on the day of your appointment.
  • Appointments for contracts will be set by phone call only and for released homesites only.
  • You must provide a valid mortgage pre-approval from one of our preferred lenders (listed below) or proof of funds before the time of your appointment to execute a purchase agreement or the appointment will be considered a forfeit and you will be moved to the bottom of the list.
  • Any offered incentive will be valid only when using one of our preferred lenders.
  • You must provide an initial $5,000 Good Faith Deposit and 10% of upgrades at the time of your appointment to execute purchase agreement. 
  • In the event you are called and unable to move forward with a contract, you will be move to the bottom of the list and we will take the next person on the list.
  • Appointments must be booked and kept or they will move to the bottom of the list and we will take the next person on the list.
  • Once made aware that your lot is available, you will have 24 hours to write a contract.
