With beautiful weather and an enthusiastic group of attendees, the event was a resounding success as we celebrated Central Georgia's first official community in Georgia’s Lake Country. One of the highlights of the event was the presence of our entire management team, including Central Georgia Division President, Eddy Kleid, who joined in the celebration. A year of customer-focused effort pays offAfter a full year of prioritizing the customer experience, SDH Alabama is proud to announce that we’ve qualified for the 2025 Guildmaster Award! Our Director of Operations, David Stanton, put it best in his announcement this morning:“This distinction means that 90% or more of our customers would recommend SDH Alabama and is a testament to you all working together to provide a Best in Class buying experience for our customers in 2024.”At the beginning of 2024, our satisfaction rating was aligned with the peer average at 84%.
