We are honored to improve two positions on this year's Builder100 List from #38 to #36 position. Smith Douglas Homes first debuted on the list in 2015 in #83 position and have seen annual improvement alongside our growth into new cities and state locations.

The annual Builder 100 and Next 100 list looks at the top 200 home builders across the United States, ranked by closings. The list, populated from responses to our annual survey, also includes the firms’ gross revenue from home building operations, and where and what they built. See the full list here.

This year our, CFO, Russ Devendorf had the opportunity to speak on a builder and financing panel of executives at the Builder100 conference May 5-7. The panel, moderated by Co-Founder, Managing Partner at Vestra Advisors, Rich Moriarty, to discuss the current state of Land Financing in new homebuilding.
