Join us in celebrating our 500th Smith Douglas Home closing in the Charlotte, NC market! Congratulations to newlyweds, Alec and Kayce as they move into their first home together, a beautiful Carlyle Model home in the Charlotte Area. We are grateful for homeowners like Alec and Kayce, and for all our employees and trades that have paved the way to reach this milestone in the market. The growth here has supported our company's recent achievement of 7,500 homeowners and counting!

 Meet Alec and Kayce:

After a few months of searching for a home, Alec and his fiancé Kayce left yet another re-sale property in Salisbury, NC and noticing the Smith Douglas signage. They researched Smith Douglas Homes and the new construction home options in the area and were impressed with what they saw. Their realtor called and made an appointment with Smith Douglas’ New Home Specialist, Doug, to preview our model home that had recently been released for sale. After a short discussion they knew the model home is where they wanted to start their married lives together, it had all the options they loved and made a purchase that day. Although already pre-approved for a loan Alec & Kayce decided to take advantage of the closing costs benefits associated with using one of Smith Douglas Homes Preferred Lenders. Now under contract, they started their rehearsal day for their wedding by attending their New Home Orientation with our construction manager, Nick. Once the happy couple returned from their honeymoon, they had their final walk through and then closed on their new home as Smith Douglas’ 500th closing in the Charlotte area. Alec and Kayce are both nurses for a major health care company in the Charlotte metro area. We are hope having their beautiful new home brings them happiness and are also grateful for their willingness to be on the front line of health care industry in these trying times.  We wish them the best and are thankful for all those that have entrusted Smith Douglas Homes Charlotte to build a home for their future.
